Please dear friend brock

i have had many challenges with your site and still do. Besides you have not talked with the rest of the staff about taking such a step. Pushing the button absolutely brings me no where. i am unable to get to this site from any server. i told you this several weeks ago and nothing was done nor was anything said till i brought it up a second time and still it is the same.

It is unclear to me why u put this button here. When we have so many unresolved problems with that meditation site and the issues have not been resolved.

You have said you were happy having the site on links and news and that is all you really wanted anyhow.. However you have still gone a step further anyhow without  talking to the rest of the staff about such a move.

It was done as per Eric's request. No one voiced any objections to it when he brought it up. I have removed it. The site was down for several hours today as I installed an SSL certificate for the site (you will now notice the green security lock and the https rather than http). This is part of my attempt to ultimately resolve the email issue with yahoo. Another person from yoganandaji.org signed up with yahoo and emailed me wanting to know why they couldn't register.

The site definitely has some issues that need to be addressed, the biggest one being the emails with yahoo. I plan to address them all as time permits and make improvements to the overall experience of the site. By the way, if anyone has any feature requests please do share. The ulmitate aim of the website is to facilitate group meditations with friends across the globe.

I appreciate everyone's patience while I try to work this out and also being willing to join the experiment.

Email is now working for all clients! You do not even have to check your spam folder. Yay!

I was real excited for the button, having easy access to the virtual meditation group was the point behind my suggestion. Steve your frustrations with logging in aren't personal if that's what this is(?).

The changes Brock makes are for improving his site. Give it time. I would love to have the button up top it seemed so easy and in line with the ideas here. The button itself was not invasive and you've always said the portal was a collaborative experience. Brock's contributions have inspired me to start up with my meditation once more.

This is your site Steve and Brock the VMG is yours. With both of your blessings I hope to keep the button as a way to improve the experience here. Brock your ideas are fun and you're probably one of the more computer literate members on the forum. Thank you for your contributions.

In many ways we should give alot of things time. We have had many difficulties here as well as blessings. The diifficulties must b faced by someone. It is only fair to recognize who this someone has been and how much time it takes to resolve such issues. When people get together with common aspirations there is bound to b diferrences and at times open confrontation. When people have difficulties getting along and when technical concerns happen someone has to take care of them. People may have great ideas. But will they be there when challenges occur? Do they have the time and money to be of assistance and will they help? Will others help in spending hours doing our best to see and manifest cooperation. Will others help when there are technical and financiial challenges or will this always b left up to just one or two members?

I think that is a great 💡 idea! i see your site is working!
i just have a hard time getting on any site and getting back off because they all have different requirements for passwords, user i.d.s , user names and i have several email adresses. That is not a falt of yours. i just thought tonite i used yahoo for your site ...... almost 15 minutes later i found out it was gmail!
