Recently I've experienced panic attacks, which the dr. says are purely psychological.

He prescribed me Xanax but I'd rather not take it.

It's important to meditate and exercise.

It seems I have an addictive personality, so I struggle with caffeine and alcoholic consumption.

I wonder what might be the cause for addictive personalities.

It's becoming increasingly important to detach from my ego and selfish thoughts.
