A mantra can be used all day long. This will help us not deplete our mental resources so that when we set down you will be more focused and your mind will not be on past memories and future difficulties~Amma

I personally find a lot of support in friends like you and Eric who are constantly here reminding me of my true purpose being here this incarnation and of my continued practice. A true friend is someone that supports his or her friends in their highest aspirations.
