People around us often offer suggestions that r helpful. Someone recently told me what i have heard before in the past. This life is very short compared to our stays in the astral realm. It is very condensed and there r much heavier lessons in this physical realm. Therefore we have the ability to progress much further-spiritually speaking- in this sense our experiencing in these often disappointing terrestrial spheres is important and quite meaningful although often difficult.
