Our heart is like a parachute; if it does not open we are in trouble. Most people have one mantra: I,I,I. Humility is more important then intelligence. Patience awakens goodness in others. We do not know the karma they have and what makes them act the way they do. If you want to be more then animals you need to have compassion for others. When you awaken compassion you cannot have hatred for others.
