Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

« on: Jan 09, 2016 03:31 am »

Found it helpful to b open to change in my routine of meditation. Sometimes for instance I feel a need to open meditation with the om technique and I am glad I did because the sounds are louder than usual. Or I may be in tune with the breath and spend 45 minutes to an hour just watching it. Or perhaps i feel unusually focused and i start right in with Kriya. If i am short on time i may practice the iam technique. It seems easier to me if i am more scattered as well. i also may pick up several kriyas for a 'shorty'.

In a larger perspective i have found it helpful to b open to the suggestions of others and the change of plans that others may suggest. It is good to have a routine but it is also good to be flexible.  i never know what God may have in mind for me and i would hate to miss his sudden flashes of 'appearances'.
