Probiotics are great! Having good gut health is EXTREMELY important and aids in improving brain function! Crazy huh?
My friend got me into researching the different types of probiotics... While I am a fan of Kombucha I go straight for the potent supplements...

This stuff is wonderful but expensive

But then again, the coconut cult advises simply 2 tbsp's whereas most folks eat half the container of cocoyo in 1 sitting.. There's also a big difference in the amount of probiotics each provide but I wonder if it matters once you hit a certain point...
