SI, I agree with your thoughts, the point being: how?

The concept is basically ridiculously simple: suppose I wake up one day and think "I'm overweight; I also have small arms; I also tire too early if I try running". I 'll start dieting, liftign weights and running to improve my physical frame.
I suppose the same goes with the mental framework. My short term goal is to develop invincibility (methamphetamyne) and aloofness (heroin).
Some mental exercise of visualization and affirmation may be a start.
I'll try and think about something else.
