Astral Realms and higher dimensions

Many of us have had momentary glimpses or heard the astral realms. Since many of us are to some degree in tune to the astral dimension which simultaneously exist with the physical dimension it would be nice to get a grasp of its place in our existence. Paramahasa Yogananda speaks quite extensively of this realm in chapter #43  of the Autobiography of a Yogi. See; The Resurrection of Sri Yukteswar. This link below is my favorite of the Autobiography. Sri Yukteswar relates to Paramahansa Yogananda the astral and causal realms.

I feel like all of these Astral Realms exist down here as well... I think this is another way of describing and viewing the "similar vibrations" that attract certain individuals to one another, and vibrations of different groups.

I think being on a social network like Facebook, gives a unique (and often challenging) perspective with people and groups of people who are traveling on the same and different astral planes...  I find this fascinating.

Astral travel/projection is another way to experience also, but I do think all of this is reflected in the material world we live in as well.

The greatest saints seem to pay little mind to these levels, and focus on the Oneness of All.  Tibetan buddhist masters refer to the visions of the astral planes as the "lesser lights" one sees before, letting go of all attachment and entering the Oneness of of the Uncreated, I think.

All artistic works and inspiration stem from the Astral Plane, I think.  And all human interactions and "dhrama/dharma/drama" are artist creations, I think, as well.
