Very happy to have you with us! I used to spend soo ooh many hours on the beach meditating and exercising. As you can imagine the word Catalina conjures up some wonderful memories of a panthiests love for God and Guru. So others will understand though: Catalina is the large Island you see in the Ocean off the shore in Southern Cali.
