Actually spirit is timeless. Can we even grasp the idea and what would it be to experience it? I believe we do at times have an experience with timelessness. It is a gift from God and spirit and is called Deja Vu. But how is it we experience ‘ having been here before ‘. Because we indeed have, and do have such experiences. If we have the capacity to have such an experience, we at some level have all been and are in that timeless state. Let us be in that consciousness now by practicing timelessness in meditation.

Like a book, any chapter of our lives is available to us. And at moments of awareness we have glimpse’s into that large book that extends backwards and forwards through time. What a wonderful experience. Knowing the timelessness of the moment. Sometimes yet filled with a mixture of mixed feelings because our consciousness is still not awakened but rather seeing timelessness through our own emotions and challenges; as yet not yet seeing ourselves enlightened and clearly what and who we are.
