Sri Yukteswar said, “The first and most essential thing on the spiritual path is to uncover the natural love of the heart; without that one cannot take one step on the spiritual path.”

Some people are much more simpler to love than others. Yet we still may have to temporarily have space between us. When love blossoms in the 💜 heart all separation dissolves in our hearts. Love gives us the enthusiasm to persevere and energies to motivate the will.

Concentration and Live

Concentration and  love are one-like two sides of a coin. Love should be there if you want to concentrate. It becomes natural to experience concentration when you are in love.

I believe as painful as it was to feel human love, when it was taken away, it was worth it. Because in the absence of that human love, I sought divine love and also eventually found that.

That's wonderful Steve.

I enjoy living in Divine Love and trying to share it with God around me. God is in you, in my self, in every Being. And sometimes I am granted the privilege of an intimate connection. The truth is the intimate connection is always there, I'm just not always cognizant of this fact.

And once you’ve experienced it, either through God, directly or indirectly through another human being, your life is transformed and you seek it constantly like an elixir.

What do we mean when we say “I love you”? Can we really say we have experienced love? Is it love to leave someone and never talk to them again?

I say this because I've had moments where I had to walk away from friends who put me in harms way because they themselves were not able to respond to a moment in a peaceful manner.

I can love them for who they are, for what we've experienced together, and for what we experience apart.

I try to remember God *in* *all* *forms.*

And the ultimate relationship, formed through a type of Self Realization

brings contentment for the lessons experienced here- for the differences and for the moments of harmony.

I have experienced love and divine love. And the divine love never leaves me. Even if I or another person decide to. And ultimately, those who move on, made the right call.

And, as mysterious as time is- and as great as God is,

there may be a time we meet again.

We don't have it all figured out.

If you are feeling lonely for being without someone, maybe you can try to remember *the good* from those moments together(if any).

I do this and I let go of the things that no longer serve me- just as a child puts his toys in his closet as he ages. An adult may occasionally experience nostalgia and gratitude for the things that stage of his development brought him- he may recognizes a few gems from his youth that stay with him in his present age but the adult recognizes he is no longer the child, and that this life is a journey with many different phases of growth and change.

I have had lovers walk away from me, never to talk to me again- during our time together, there was something that brought us together and something that pulled us apart- I think that something was valuable insight for the individual- and we may never fully comprehend what that is so as long as our thoughts remain so selfishly attached to *our* immediate personality.

But that it might be fair to say, that something is valuable growth for both parties. And all the while, Divine Love is residing within- That can never walk away, it is only we who create a barrier from experiencing this realization.

Love; the Bible

Have you ever noticed when people are in love they laugh a lot? That is because laughing makes you happy and people that are laughing are in touch with love.

While reading Eric’s entry today about synchronous moments of the 💜 heart it also happened at the same time that I experienced moments of love alone. It occurred to me that often when we are alone we are being brought to expand our notion of love beyond the boundaries of ourselves and our personal sentiments. We can love so many ways. And I’ve had moments of finding love for nature and music very exhilarating lately, noting that like Eric’s synchronized listening of the same song with another person… I also could have such experiences of that in nature, listening to music and nature, as well as for instance friendship, that gave me the distinct feeling that once again, as in the past I could have expanded experiences of love that do not depend on another human in romance. In fact the  moment I felt the greatest love in life, was surprisingly not with another human being. Although I’m sure their are many ways to be in love and many experiences of love with many different phenomena.

At this point I want to revisit the opening paragraph of this thread;

Sri Yukteswar said, “The first and most essential thing on the spiritual path is to uncover the natural love of the heart; without that one cannot take one step on the spiritual path.”

How is that possible without the grace of a spiritual Master? Do we as human beings really have the capacity to truly love without spiritual or God’s help?

Thank you Steve.

If the Sufi is asked what is his religion? He is taught to say the religion of the Heart.

For if God exist, it is in the Heart of all Life...

And is the Heart simply the organ beneath our chest regulating our blood flow? No, in the spiritual sense, the heart is much more than a physical organ.

When I think about what you've said, and the notion all is One...

It really opens me up to the wonders or the power of the Heart.

We are all One belonging to God. It's a mind blowing concept.

Cheers Brother.

Yea i remember in my 20’s teaching guitar and the assistant manager of the store teasing me about being the tin man because I was always seeking love. Now I feel more honored by that. Have to get back into that desire wholeheartedly. It is interesting to witness how our attitude towards how people perceive us changes over the years. Regardless of where they are coming from, what’s more important is our own state of being. The mind goes through various mind altering experiences in life that can be very beneficial to spiritual development and understanding.

It is so important to me because it was through the grace of Amma that I was able to feel what divine love is. Having a divine experience and retaining that experience is quite different. Still having such an experience is life altering.

What does the Tin Man represent in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz?

In L. Frank Baum's "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," the Tin Man represents the theme of humanity and the importance of having a heart. He is a kind and gentle character who lacks the ability to feel emotions, but learns to love and care for others after finding a heart.

Why did the Tin Man not have a heart?

The Tin Man did not have a heart because he was turned into a living statue made of tin by the Wicked Witch of the East, who cast a spell on him that took away his ability to feel emotions. In order to become a fully functioning human again, the Tin Man needed to find a heart, which he eventually did with the help of Dorothy and her friends.

Why is the Tin Man called the Tin Man?

The Tin Man is called the Tin Man because he is a living statue made of tin. He was originally a woodsman named Nick Chopper who replaced his body parts with tin ones as they were chopped off, and he was eventually turned into a living statue by the Wicked Witch of the East.

Why does the Tin Man want a heart?

The Tin Man wants a heart because he wants to be able to feel and experience emotions like a human being. He also wants to be able to love and care for others, which are important qualities that he believes will make him a better person.

What happened to the Tin Man in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz?

In "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," the Tin Man is a former woodsman who was turned into a living statue made of tin by the Wicked Witch of the East. He is saved by Dorothy and her friends, and they help him find a heart so that he can become a fully functioning human being again and experience emotions like love and care.

A special person I’ve met sent me this description of love;

"True love to me is the kind of love God gives... UNCONDITIONAL love. It's a love that is undescribable with words yet is felt deep within the heart."

It's a precious thing that way too many people take advantage of & something everyone should have at least once in their lives.”
