No matter what you say somebody is not going to agree with you. If we leave ourselves open to be a target there are people who will attact. So how do we help one another be better people in a constructive way?

I for one, look for that understanding and help from others. We all have blindspots. Friends that are helpful find a way to show us ours.

Recognizing that we don't have all the answers and recognizing when someone is trying to actually help us versus attack us. Sometimes ones seeming cynical remark comes from a kind place... If it's their intention to push you away then take from it what you can and apply to your future interactions with others. You can't be afraid to drop your Guard.
