Recently someone told me they had not seen me for a long time because of somethings that were
said. i find it amazing that people will hold in
ill feelings for so long, to others, and not
express them. This is a form of anger
held inside, directed internally, and is toxic to the self. When we learn to express ourselves
constructively we  absolve ourselves
of these negative emotions.
