If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It's very important to be aware of them every time they come up.

If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It's very important to be aware of them every time they come up.

Have you learned about these things from a teacher? Or are
they factors that you have noticed in spiritual growth?
This is what i have found: The internal dialogue can
only be turned off by active meditation techniques and
sincerely asking one or more masters for help.

The need for control will bring you around uncontrolable
stuations and  people and conversely: control freaks.

Approval only lasts while you are satisfying the needs and
desires of others. It is only temporary and
approval soon fades in one way or another:
People are fickle in their approval of us.

Lastly: the need to judge attracts us to
people who judge us and to constant imperfect
situations so that we learn that expectations
will constantly be frustrated until we learn
tolerance.

Think. It over and balance the thoughts that
release within in you.  You will find that
the people you love and your friends
will manifest these qualities so you/we
can eventially see the source of all
the drama coming from within ourselves.
Everything around us is a mirror and
we eventually stop
blamimg and start appreciating.
Thanks for the insights
