good feelings

we have to work on keeping good feelings for friends and lovers. we have to constantly look at our attitudes towards them. we have to look at our selves to change ourselves when we meditate we actually change our attitudes towards others. everything in the world starts to look right
we see it as god intended. where is the inspiration to have these wonderful feelings?
god sends itt thru friends who are soul soldiers from the  past or it comes gushing out of us like a
geyser from our meditation .

it matters not if others recognize your kindness. when we become what we are looking for in
others we find ourselves more and more happy by the day.... slow by slow
