Yes, Steve. 

This is the view from my garden with the apricot and plum trees in full Spring blossoms.
The mountains in the far view are the ones above your music store.  This photo was taken
when I lived there in 2010.  I was on the property last week and the trees are all in bloom,
the nectarine and cherry trees that I planted are getting bigger.
