when i 'reconnected' with god / the christ consciousness or whatever one chooses to call 'It'....i ate veryvery little maybe a half glass of orange juice in the morning.....a piece of toast during the day .....water.  when one is filled with Bliss and Knowledge....there seems to be no room for anything else....no desires exist for anything else.

i have also found that when i am around certain people or out in the country my appetite goes down. Desires r fulfilled by others around us and by the environment as well as internal inspiration.
