Thank you, Celia. I went on a hike today with a friend and picked hummingbird and purple sage, mugwort, bay leaves, and wild fennel. It was a beautiful Mother's Day. We went to the service at the beautiful Lake Shrine founded by Parmahansa Yogananda and then hiked up to the Santa Ynez waterfall. We took off our clothes and went all the way in to a shallow pool at the base of the waterfall for a dip, one at time, keeping a look out for each other. The water was very cold but the dip was part of my commitment to get in touch with the earth. It really revived me. I hope that you and the other soul searchers had a lovely day as well.
Serena
