well look who waddled in ! Thanks, but no thanks on the walking meditation, my thoughts wander enough as it is, lol !

and speaking of animals, didn't I read something about a goat was wandering around here somewhere ?

I never saw so many spiritual animals in one place !

I think there is even a squirrel meditation, now I have heard almost everything !!
