Hi desiree

In Ramzan one eats early in the morning and nothing during day without water while doing the work as usual.
Then again eating at end of day. It is for control over body and mind.

hi prabhat,

Thank you for answering my question. That is quite a long time for fasting, a whole month  !

What is the next celebration that is coming up in your country ?

On day one we invite the goddess with establishment of kalash.
We usually eat fruits &milk only for 9 days but no grains.
Each day we recite from a book called chandi.
Each day a different form is worshiped. We consider her as everything either wisdom
money, power, strength even confusion.
on 7th day idols are established.
on 9th day the worship concludes.
