What type of desire should we develop towards meditation?; Amma

Suppose we are hungry; at first we will seek a loan. If that is not available we will beg for food. If still we do not find food; it will not be long till we steal to have food.

Suppose we have a burned hand. We will run to a cold faucet to put cold water on the burned hand.

Suppose we are fish and are out of water. We wil struggle to find shelter back in the water. Because every moment away we are closer to death.

These are illustrations that Amma gives in show how strong our desire for meditation should be developed.
