Always Look Out for the Other Guy

When I drove a truck I was taught to always look out for the other guy. I attempt to bring that training with me into all life now as well. When we drive, we can be good drivers but there are many people that are not. And if we want to avoid a crash we have to watch for people who may be distracted as well and watch for animals as well that may or may not be aware of us. Meditation gives us more awareness as well. Awareness of the intentions and rigidness and inflexibility of those we come into contact with. Or on the other hand the blessings and opportunities we receive from the passing ‘guests’ who come into our lives by divine grace.
