Inner Landscapes

Most people we talk to, do not have any knowledge of the inner landscapes in meditation and you get the feeling that they are unable to set still for even a short time. These are the type of people who say they are meditating when they are playing golf or fishing. This is far from experiencing some of the inner landscapes of meditation. The truth is they could learn how to meditate with some right techniques to help them. These techniques are available from for instance Amma or Paramahansa Yogananda.
