Waking up in the middle of the nite

There are some definite benefits to waking up in the middle of the nite.

1. It is quiet so it’s a good time to meditate
2. You often can remember the dreams you just had
3. You can go outside, get some fresh air and energize
4. Look at the stars and expand your awareness in the immensity of the universes possibilities
5. See the beauty of the Moon and stars recognizing that beauty surrounds us in nature.
6. Recognize that God intended us to seek and find enjoyment and and contentment in solitude
7. We have different insights than during the day.

I am grateful for waking up in the middle of the nite because I feel it is God’s call to meditate and energize while everyone else sleeps.
