Our Vibration

Over the years I have become more and more aware of the vibrations we emit to others. No doubt we become more and more aware of our affect on others as we meditate more and can look at our own behaviors with more detachment. It is quite helpful to know how we affect others. There are many things we would have and wouldn’t have done if we had known. Self-Awareness is often very limited. But at times in our lives it becomes critical. Most people take it for granted that there actions are ok until they come up against the reactions of others.

Sometimes we may think of others and perhaps we are in tune with their thoughts but we need to assess their vibrations and how they will affect us if we reach out to them.
