Very interesting take on sexual energy. Not feeling as though I agree on all of it since I’ve had my own experiences and know that the Gurus and such people as Gandhi expressed the biological drain of semen release also. And I’ve also witnessed that at times the active energy of the the sacral chakra can also activate energy to exercise.
