I worried 😟 a lot. Will the garden grow? Will the river flow in the right direction? Will the earth turn as it was taught? And if not; what should I do?

I worried 😟 a lot. Will the garden grow? Will the river flow in the right direction? Will the earth turn as it was taught? And if not; what should I do?

Was I right? Was I wrong? Can I be forgiven? Can I do better?

Will I be able to sing? Even the sparrows can do it. Well am I hopeless?

Is my eyesight getting worst? Or am I just imagining it? Will I get rheumatism? Lockjaw? Dementia?

Finally I saw that worry came to nothing. And gave it up. And took my old body and went into the morning and sang.

Meditation has helped much with my ‘worry problems’. And having Masters that will not give me more than I can handle is also an assurance.
