Meditate. Do not think of your problems and issues at this time.

Enter a peaceful state where your contact with God is more tangible. If you can enter a state of bliss your contact with God is even stronger.

When this state occurs ask God to help you through your problems and issues.

Listen to the voice within you during the day. Intuition can strike at any time or anything may trigger it. But when the flash or inspirations occur you will know the course of action to take.
