That's an interesting fact, I'll have to search it but in that context I do not doubt your words.
So, you are now criticizing that SOA. I would say with some reason. Then, by the same logic, you should criticize the way Columbia and Harvard are supporting elements who are part of a vicious terrorist network. Hence, Mr. Trump is doing a righteous thing, and at the same time should avoid by all means to repeat the experience of the SOA.
This is merely conjecture on your part. To educate people in the way others handle government and administrator it is not to support it. Nor to necessarily encourage it. If that was so we would also have to say that Tucker Carlson supports dictatorship because he interviewed Putin and let him go on unhindered for a half an hour telling the history of Russia and Ukraine. Or that Tulsi Gabbard supported the cruel dictatorship of Syria because she informed our people about Bashar al-Assad views.
Informing and educating young people how other countries with different views then our own is not to encourage those views. Students themselves are responsible for their political and moral views. Strongly Christian Colleges teach a view of the world that often promotes far right dogma, however their teachings are not curbed by left and liberal politicians to promote views which would be much more tolerant. This shows how liberal thought I’d tolerant and far right views are often intolerant.
