Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

« on: Mar 12, 2025 08:36 am »

The best guidance we can get is not from others but from the divine. Meditation can give us insight into our daily problems and help in solving challenges with others. Almost every time I meditate I ask for guidance in solving my worldly problems. We also have to learn patience and endurance in all things. Time often is a great healer and helps us understand our own thoughts and attitudes. We have to learn patience with ourselves and others, this is part of the journey to enlightenment.

Everybody seems to look for a fast fix in politics and in their personal lives. But meditation teaches us patience in all things. Often we don’t want to be patient with others but eventually we learn that God and guru are being patient with us as we are given many lessons to overcome our own errors in judgment and practical matters in life.
