I also feel that since we are somewhat bound by physical bodies we should recognize that the bodies acclamations often determine a rather inspiring meditation or a struggle with our thoughts.

For instance I am often much better off in the vibration and presence of other devotees meditating and chanting together. Or if that is not possible-picking a time of morning when it is quiet 🤫 and others are sleeping as well as noise and traffic are at a minimum. Also finding settings out in nature that are conducive to natural sounds and atmospheres that enhance meditation.

There is another factor involved here. They are cosmic forces in the manifestation of planetary movements that can also influence and affect our meditation practice. As I’ve mentioned before mccoy you are going through a major astrological transformation of personal values. This is taking a toll on the mind’s activity as well.
