And don't get me wrong, I have much trouble with meditation. I've had a little glimpse into what might be possible. but I can be awfully cerebral and trapped in a mire of thoughts for hours at a time without any hope of focusing. A troubled youth and no doubt many lives of living in a state of letting the mind go wherever it pleases. I'm only 20 years into the kriya journey, some days I feel 20 more lives at least of practicing the technique will be needed. But that's negative thinking, I'm trying to learn to just give all I can and expect nothing...easier said than done! And if all I can give is a scattered mind and attention then I offer it at the end as that's all I have to give.
It is more important to give the mind to meditation then politics.Worldly people make us into worldly thought machines.The restless thoughts of the western mind are stirred up by politicans who have nothing better to do than to stir up the minds of all the citizens with thoughts for the public with conquest and the filth of greed and covedness: hardly a recipe to spiritual awakenig. It shows a lack of understanding of service to Mother Earth and humanity, rather instead glutony, acquisition and greed for more power and so called wealth in physical terms instead of spiritual understanding.No wonder most of the wealth comes out of the east and from specificaĺly India where buzz words and thoughts are how to find humilty and grace rather than making 'America Great Again' ánd filling the coffers of the rich with more maya and delusion and the rest of society with desire to emulate such ignorance.
