Vegetables and fruit are food with undisputable scientific evidence for health. Of course, a diet should include adequate and diversified nutrients, but a base of vegetables and fruit is the best protection against many illnesses
My health has been good and much better ever since i became a total vegetatian at about 20 years old. So in my case i have found that all 'deversified nutrients' can be found with out murdering any animals; our soul brothers and sisters. The only health issues I’ve had since being a vegetarian were related to something quite different than being a vegetarian. They were due to being in too much sunlight all my life. Which can also be seen has something that right wing politicians are responsible for since their continuing to ignore the use of fossil fuels as putting a burden on Mother Earth.
