Entitlement is often a corollary of ego. It expresses itself through the process of thinking someone is so important that their time and service is more important than those of others.

I have a ready answer to that: entitlement is totally wrong, in the model of the cosmic drama. Everyone's role is equally important in God's eyes, since the cosmic drama would not unfold without anyone's participation.

And what they teach in management schools is that all workers are a team and that entitlement is one of the worst attitudes.
