I would say, too much thought is the enemy of flow, but uncontrolled flow can be bad, very bad indeed.

Usually I look forward to the flow mccoy but I am not saying you do not have a valid point. Perhaps 🤔 I am not aware of uncontrolled flow. Maybe you can give examples.

Steve, I thought that Ricky Beato was a philosopher, but I discovered he's a musician and producer. So, he uses 'flow' as 'inspiration'. I was using 'flow' as 'conceptualization'.
