From a spiritual point of view success can be measured by happiness. Are we happy? Do we feel enthusiastic and happy 😊 each day. Meditation leads to such feelings. Meditation increases happiness and dissolves bitterness, anger, hostility, greed, envy, obsession, frustration
and/or similar things.

After meditating for sometime we notice feelings of bliss and joy 🤩 at times during the day. And we recognize there are beings among us who are filled to capacity with such joy. We recognize they can also transmit such ecstasy to us as well.
