you got three things going on in this topic,
do they all happen in one experience ?
1.empath
2.telepathy
3.3rd eye activity

to my knowledge
1. "An Empath is someone who can feel other people's emotions as their own: you litterally feel what other people feel. "

2. telepathy is
"supposed extrasensory psychic communication: supposed communication directly from one person's mind to another's without speech, writing, or other signs or symbols"

3.3rd eye is connected with visions
