Facing Direction during meditation

Paramahansa Yogananda explains that it is better to face East while mediating. The second preferred direction would be north. He explains that subtle spiritual currents are always flowing from this direction.

I just wrote a Long, great post & it DISappeared.... UGH !

Haven’t had that happen. But I suggest copying your text when it begins to get long. Just in case. Make sure you do not press the ‘remove’ button because it can remove your posts; that is what it is meant to do. I have done that when I wanted to ‘modify’ my post. But even then you can often press the back arrow and retrieve what you have done. We appreciate your posts Mukti!

" @ 6~7:30 pm & Sunday His B~day gathering  @ 11 ~ Noon.   We'll bee in 2 Paws those 2 days/ daze; HA !                How do we get the color to change as it says above ?   LOVE Purple & Blueooooo.... & the smiley faces go to sOMe other realm ? !    HMmmmm.......

First press ‘modify text’ in the right hand upper corner of the text. Take a text like this and put your cursor over it. You will see it says; select or select all when you click the cursor, or press your finger long enough on a phone. Press ‘ Select All ‘. Then press ‘change color’ and pick the color you want and you will get this…..
