I could find no quotes of anyone, including myself who said Trump is Hitler, however I do see similarities between them. And John Kelly who served under Dishonest Don did say that Trump told him Hitler did a lot of good things.
Of course he's probably not the incarnation of hitler, but he has been compared to hitler and Hitler's policy against jews. The implications is that he could be a second Hitler. The line of reasoning seems coherent with the vast demonization of this poor individual who has dared to challenge and win the masters of the universe, the democrat elite= the Obamas, the Clintons, and many others.

House Whip James Clyburn’s comments came in a Tuesday interview with NBC News in which he noted that he previously cited the rise of Hitler while discussing America’s political climate, according to the outlet.
