Amma Speaks to us and says that many people (about 80 percent) have or have had cancer. Much of this can be changed by the foods we eat.

For example did you know that it takes between 4 and 5 hours to digest milk and 40 hours to digest melted cheese? In the process it can cause gas and these added things including meat can get caught up and lie in parts of the digestive tract thus causing poisons in the system.

cheese ?  or 'fake cheese' ? / the processed kind.

'cause i love da real cheese !     and milk too....  

some cancer....can be caused merely from mind and its way of thinking....yes ?  worry...nervousness....dis-ease causers also...

i try and eat what god intended us to....what he put on earth...not processed...
