Without meditation we are at the mercy of this worldly show, with all its drama. With meditation we gain perspective. Insight. Star friends. Occasional love, blissful and ecstatic experiences. Enjoyment with unfolding circumstances. And we are able to laugh about life. Im grateful for meditation and the Masters that have given their blessings and grace surrounding its practice.
Meditation is also presently known as one of the pillars of longevity and healthspan. Its stress management properties are powerful.
