Summer is definitely the time of year for us to eat lighter foods. They are cheaper and uplifting to the consciousness. Peaches, fresh fruits and vegetables are abundant and more uplifting spiritually speaking. It seems that I’ve also been preparing many more salads, and shying away from heavy breakfasts. Rather I am gravitating towards fresh cherries 🍒 and tomatoes. As well as fruits to make blended drinks.

My diet is presently fresh fruit, kefir and yogurt in the day, very refreshing in teh heat.
vegetables at night with a little beans, seeds and nuts, whole grain bread.
