Sometimes we find little idiosyncrasies may irritate others about us. How should we manage them? Perhaps it is just better to leave the situation if possible. We definitely will not please everyone, at the same time we may find we need to adjust our behavior accordingly to circumstances that are often beyond our control. Instead of letting them get our goat, we often have to recognize that many people are out of kilter.
