IAM technique and SRF techniques

I have nothing to say negative about either of these spiritual meditation techniques. To compare them is not to put a negative twist on either but rather a positive reflection on both. I love doing both and practice both when I can find time.

The IAM technique appears more feminine in nature, coming from a feminine Master. The techniques are definitely relaxing and limber up the body preparing it to settle down into meditation practice. The SRF techniques are more masculine, coming from a male Master. The energization exercises involve consciously increasing will power and the Kriya technique is progressive in it emphasizing the evolution of the souls momentum into Christ Consciousness.
