Very interesting and clearly explained. It is not evident though what the adjective 'quantum' means in the context, it may just be an appealing cliche.

Quantum; a required or allowed amount, especially an amount of money legally payable in damages:
"the court must determine the quantum of compensation due"
……..it gives the description that little pinch 🤏 that takes you beyond what you expected. 🤣 lol 😝 it gives you that little push that takes you over the top.
