Obsessions

I have seen people attempt to take advantage of me financially because i am in a different country and people attempt to take advantage of me financially in my own country with selfish reasonings. I see that it does not take place very long because of awareness. It is best not to let others bother us too much with their selfishness, but rather stay consistently loyal to those we know are honest with us.

At times I find it difficult to meditate because of obsessive thoughts. If we have a drink we will notice upon waking to use the restroom that the mind has had a chance to decompress. We then can meditate again.
