I am finding more and more how important it is to focus during meditation. To be mindful of what we are doing when we are doing it saves us a lot of problems from making mistakes. It also helps us with experiencing moments of keen awareness that give us spiritual guidance and insight.

Focus is also needed to choose the right spheres of thought in this cosmic arena.
