I wonder if others here have their own personal sadhana and what it may be.
I thought I'd go ahead..... till someone chimes in. i practice energization exercises daily. They help me balance out energies in the body. i practice kriya-the first technique to help me really settle down the restless mind. i practice hong-sau; it helps with lengthening space between breaths. i practice om; it has made me aware of sounds other than physical. i practice the i am techniques they help me find space for spiritual experience in a busy schedule. i also practice-among other practices - a personal mantra given to me by a Guru. I enjoy reading Yogananda's vast material.... especially the SRF lessons and his book Scientific Affirmations... i have often spent long periods practicing certain affirmations to get my life in balance and attract certain needs when they arrise in my life. I try to keep company and serve other spiritual aspirants as they have for me also. I pray everyday for people i have known and currently keep in contact with. i also pray for this one. Lastly I see saints and spiritual persons and take pilgrimages whenever possible. This has given me and those around me countless blessings.
