When I think about Be Here Now, it has a message of letting go of control and even of conscious perception - I can open my mind to experience the world in its totality (that is perceivable from where I stand) but I turn off my inner dialogue, a way of turning off judgement, I think, of my thoughts... It's a different frequency that I appreciate.

Wow I’m so grateful to hear such experiences from a friend like you. It encourages me to keep praying for friends. Who knows what next will happen. Life is full of wonderful surprises if I just let people as they are sometimes. And work on my own meditation and transformation. It is possible that changing ourselves will change our world.

Yea i believe I understand you. It’s like the frequency of silence 🤫 and occasionally being blessed by the cessation of thought vibration opens us to a totally different experience. And what an experience that is!
